These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with Chicken Cut for the supply and delivery of fresh chicken products in Riyadh.
Orders
When you place an order through our website or WhatsApp, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once we accept it and arrange delivery.
Prices
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is collected through the methods communicated at the time of order. Orders may be paid on delivery or via the agreed payment method.
Delivery
We deliver within Riyadh during the time windows offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
Freshness and Quality
Our products are fresh and perishable. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery. If a product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Cancellations and Refunds
As our products are fresh and prepared to order, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it fairly.
