Custom cutting is built into ChickenCut's checkout. When you add fresh whole chicken to your cart you pick the number of pieces and whether the skin stays on.
The cutting options are: no cuts, 4, 8, 12, 14 or 16 pieces. Skin options are with skin or remove skin. There is no extra step — your preference travels with the order.
